Fourth live partnership meeting in Mislata

The workshop in Spain (WP4) brought together 54 participants from 5 European countries, focusing on promoting local communities and cultural tourism. Held in Mislata from May 9-12, 2023, the event aimed to generate ideas for community promotion and active citizen engagement. The primary focus was the second phase of the consortium’s strategy, emphasizing the importance of local traditions and tourism in consortium communities. The participants worked on best practices at the local level to enhance cultural heritage and foster citizen participation. Two main components included workshops on promoting traditional arts, an internal consortium meeting, and engaging citizens in discussions about EU values. The activities aimed to finalize deliverables considering national contexts and expertise, laying the groundwork for future cooperation between municipalities and citizen involvement in the long-term strategy. This workshop contributed to project deliverable number 10 and prepared for data analysis and interpretation based on a questionnaire applied across consortium countries.
